Assist in the implementation and application of HSE procedures and company regulations related to EHS, including and not limited to the creation and implementation of SWP (Safety Work Plan) both in the office, workshop and field (project area).
Updating the report format notes about procedures and adherence to occupational safety and health in the company. This includes accidents, precautions and violations and other records or reports related to HSE.
Able to audit contractors on-site with limited supervision and be able to maintain the independence of audit findings and be accountable.
Make an agenda and carry out socialization of HSE in the field, giving direction regarding HSE regulations that must be carried out in the work environment and the use of personal protective equipment.
Ensuring that HSE-related reporting (including work permits; equipment certification; individual certification) both in the field and in the office is made and reported consistently and in a timely manner.
Identifying potential hazards, reporting to superiors if they find a dangerous situation and taking initial action to overcome and prevent secondary accidents.
Controlling and maintaining the appropriateness of the contents and completeness of Fire Extinguishers and P3K (first aid) boxes, as well as the appropriateness of other OHS-related operational equipment and vehicles.
Help make referral access in the event of an accident and emergency.
The HSE Officer can also be assigned as an HSE representative /coordinator in the project/field where the duties and responsibilities mentioned above are more emphasized on the project in which they are assigned.
Applying OHSAS (ISO 45001:2018) & SMK3 appropriately at work
Implementing SOPs & Company Regulations in relation to HSE
Prepare HSE-related documents for the benefit of other Departments
Carry out additional work outside the main responsibility of his position in meeting the demands and needs of the department/company
