Quality Control Analyst is Staff level with job purpose to responsible for conduct testing based on valid document also reporting who reporting to Quality Control Supervisor

Key roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for conduct testing based on valid document and also reporting
Responsible for maintained availability of all reagent, reference standard and spare part by filling stock card
Responsible for maintenance and monitoring laboratory instrument and glass ware
Responsible for sample handling at laboratory
Responsible for filling QC performance, log book and trend data
Responsible for conducting method validation and cleaning validation based on protocol and also prepared the report
