Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Coordinate projects related to effectiveness and efficiency of production system
Conduct continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of all systems in plant
Review every department gradually to recommending and coordinating program implementation related to efficiency
Coordinating the implementation of Operational Excellence programs in PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk Citeureup Plant
Report the progress to OE Manager, solve the problems, and conduct improvements related to the implementation of the programs
Manage the documentation and tracking report related to the implementation of Operational Excellence programs
Maintain conducive employee relations and guide related subordinates technically
Responsible for implementing programs related to health, safety, and environment

Persyaratan

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
Experienced at least 2 years in Operational Excellence (preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing)
Has in-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing & continuous improvement
Familiar with 6S, LSW, Visual Management, Daily Accountability Process, A3 Report, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, and other OE tools
Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving
Excellent time and project management
Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
Fluent in English
