Planning and conducting a long term research regarding new product development, substitution and optimization formulation.
Report the result directly to supervisor and/or manager.

Persyaratan
Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Experienced minimum 1 year in Paint Industry
Required skill(s):
Good communication and able to think logically
Good analytical skill
good computer skill
Proficient in English
Able to operate Gas Chromatography (GC) or Rheometer (Rotorless) for at least 2 years
Have an interest toward Paint and Coating Industry
