Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
Use theodolite and waterpass to measure the elevation and marking
Taking measurements of distances and angles on a land sites or properties in order to establish legal boundaries
Research previous survey evidence, including maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed for surveys
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements an calculations conducted at survey sites
Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts and software such as Autocad programs
Collaborate and working closely with project managers, construction crews and government agencies (when necessary)
