Develop a strategy for the specific market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Maintains and Responsible for the performance and development of the specific sales field
Manage and coordinate operation of office and staff activities
Search new customers, handle and maintain existing customers, follow up inquiries, etc
Follow all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes

Persyaratan

Minimum 35 years old
Candidate MUST possess at least Bachelor's or Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical)
Minimum 4 year(s) experience in the same position and excellent in managerial
Preferably Sales specializing in Industrial Automation or Pneumatic /Hydraulic and has potential customer based
Have ability to undertake heavy workload (responsible in achieving branch target, maintain service quality an operation of branch office)
Hardworker, high integrity, target oriented
Experience and knowledge in Pneumatic and Hydraulic is an advantage
Driving License class A/C
Full-Time positions available
Available Immediately
Willing to attend Training and Develop in Head Office Jakarta for 1 Month
Placement in Sidoarjo - Surabaya
