We are looking for a Head of Sales who is experienced in selling Construction project services that are technical in nature.

What will you do?

Win big contracts for the company
Build a team that is able to generate projects nationwide
Meet the company's Revenue target
Live up the company's values of Faith, Family, Results, Fitness, and Growth
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, project managers, project owners, government officials, decision makers
Report to the CEO

Persyaratan

You have more than 10+ years of working experience
You have single-handedly won a single contract of more than US$5 million; preferably about US$10 million (not team performance)
You have proven track record in construction sales
You have the contacts Directors, GMs, and Senior PMs of PT. PP / Waskita Karya / Wijaya Karya / Brantas / Total / etc on your phones
You have relationships with leading architects
You have high ranking PUPR officials on your phone contacts
