DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop, implement and measure effective strategy and tactics for online marketing communications in line with the Strategic Marketing Plan and for the purposes of driving brand awareness and enrollment growth for the New Initiatives programs
Coordinate specific online marketing campaigns across all digital channels and in accordance with marketing plans for use in a wide variety of external media.
Online campaigns should take into account market segmentation and consumer/visitor behavior regarding information collection and sharing.
Coordinate all content across online and digital channels in collaboration with Marketing Head, and in line with Strategic Marketing Plan.
Plan and write website/blog content, publications, and other digital marketing materials in Bahasa and English. Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and writing style guideline.
Coordinate content with commitment to maximize SEO and SEM opportunities, including collaborating and coordinating with external digital marketing agency and affiliate marketing to meet business objectives.
Generate, interpret and use Google analytics reports to identify web traffic, identify content for ‘stickiness’ to reduce bounce rates, and engage readers as appropriate to the communication objectives of the page with a view to improving future online marketing and communication activities.

Persyaratan

Has minimum 4 years experience in managing a paid search campaign, demonstrated an ability to plan and create contents for website, social media and publications, has good portfolio of writing website/social media contents and marketing materials/publications
Good capability to review, analyze and interpret Google analytics and other metric based tools to effectively manage content.
Familiarity and experience working on or with digital platforms such as online forums, social networks, online advertising, intranets and/or public websites; knowledge of converting content for mobile platforms.
The role requires awareness of and execution across a range of digital platforms and an understanding of consumer behavior in using online platforms for gathering information and sharing consumer-based brand experiences.
Demonstrated flexibility to work in an ever-evolving environment, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated organizational skills in communication-oriented and/or time-critical environments; demonstrated the commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn and develop professionally.
