Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Analyze target markets for merchant acquisitions and create a plan to grow the local market.
Transition suppliers (as the business needs) from retail to marketplace.
Prospect and acquire new strategic accounts/business. Conduct sales presentations via phone/internet and meetings to new merchants.
Ensure a deep knowledge of the marketplace platform environment to ensure full merchant understanding of our value proposition.
Work with strategic partners to cross/up-sell products to achieve business targets.
Manage strategic merchant relationships from qualification to post-sales set up to maintain service level standards.
Manage the whole sales cycle and sales closure to grow new business and acquire new strategic merchants.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years in Merchant Development Manager.
Experience with Paid campaign management.
Basic knowledge of 3rd of the marketplace platform environment.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
