Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales Executives will be responsible for promoting and selling our ERP Solution and Training Services. He/She must demonstrate the ability to sell ERP products and training service related to IT solution
Promote and sell Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP) Software and Training services by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects; recommending solutions and acquisition of new accounts
Performing all aspects of sales cycle including : prospecting, approaching, presenting, handling objections, negotiating, following-up and closing
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;researching recommending new opportunities recommending service improvement
Setup meeting and worked closely with our ERP presales consultant to make effective ERP system presentation with existing and potential prospects
Independent in monitoring sales pipeline and be able as an effective sales analysis and strategy in winning accounts
Meet sales targets and sales performance KPI’s as agreed with you and management
Prepares reports to management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Persyaratan
Experience in ERP Software Sales and Training Services
Excellent Marketing skills, Presentation skills, able to write Proposals & Report
Understand the concept of sales pipeline and has "Hunter" mindset
Willing to work over time when required to meet important deadlines
Fluent in English written and verbal communications skills
Independent and motivated individual who is able to work on his/her own with minimal supervision
Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influene management to drive through business initiatives
Mobile, Energetic, able to work under pressure and willing to travel
