MARKETING MANAGER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop multi-pronged marketing strategies
Write and edit marketing copy – for website, e-newsletters, brochures, posters, campaigns.
Planning digital marketing initiatives – assume ownership over social media (guide team to identify stories, create content, post daily, manage the community), influencers and PR
Report on KPIs and keep senior management regularly updated on sales, and marketing initiatives
Create and review the annual marketing calendar throughout the year and prepare a work plan for the current quarter (including events, campaigns, PR, promotions, etc)
Understand the brand guidelines and voice and ensure consistency across all marketing executions
Build a collaborative relationship with our customers/distributors

Persyaratan

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of Brand and/or Agency experience
2 + years of Network Marketing experience (not a must, but a big plus)
Strong command of written and spoken English
Experienced at social media marketing and savvy with the business functions of social media platforms
Strong sense of curiosity and resilience
Pro-active, takes initiative
Comfortable with sales targets and being held accountable for them
Love for data, intensely deep levels and layers of data
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
This position can be based in Cibitung but must be willing to travel for work on occasion.
