Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Visit merchants and provide support to them who choose to offer electronic transactions such as Go-Pay or OVO.
Assist client with the set-up and activation of their payment acceptance solution
Engage with clients and ensure that they are supported through the activation process
Maintain knowledge and understanding of various POS system’s including functionality and troubleshooting
Provide consistent and accurate information to our merchant customers
Maintain a helpful and professional manner with both internal and external clients
Understand and comply with company and department policies and procedures

Persyaratan

Min. 1 year proven experience in merchant activation/acquisition/sales or any related role in POS, E-Payment or PPOB industry.
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Able and keen to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent oral communication skills
Own personal vehicle
Accustomed to work with set target
