Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Develop and implement strategy and plan for the whole modern market channel accordance with overall channel strategy and each customers to deliver sales target
Complete period update report on sales, distribution, new lines, in market activity by nation wide
Build strong customer relationship
Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the Strategic Business Units which will result in sustainable profitability and long term market share growth
Control targeted sales in modern market nationally
Responsible in maintaining existing outlet and develop new outlet in Modern Market Channel
Provide yearly sales budget, quarterly sales forecast, monthly sales report, weekly activities, and information of market or competitor activities
Responsible in promotional activities in Modern Market Channel
Responsible in achieving target set by Management
Persyaratan
Min Bachelor Degree in Sales / Marketing
Max. 35 years old
Experience min 3 years, preferably in modern market, have to know how and what factors can affect perception of products especially in building material
Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)
Good Networking, effective communication, conflict management, negotiation skill, strategic thinking, strong sales knowledge
Strong Interpersonal skills
Logically, analytically minded and detailed oriented
