Client-facing and post-sale role.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client’s
Understand how the campaign fits into the client’s long-term strategy and high-level goals. Advising clients on long-term growth strategies.
Keeping quality of work high so clients want to renew/expand contracts
Filtering communication from and to the client.
Overseeing client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Persyaratan
Strong communication and presentation skills
Territory management and client relationships
Upselling and prospecting skills
Strategic planning abilities
Requirements
Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or relevant role
Familiar with CRM tools like SalesForce or Pipedrive
Solid experience with Google Suite (particularly Google Docs and Google Sheet)
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
