Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions, as well as to drive additional sales. (this part including the solution for remote site food trucks, new solutions like Vending machine, minimart better concept, and other potential partnerships, more efficient business process related to IFM/RSM business, etc.).
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and to modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Working closely with clients, operations, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well.
Minimum 3 years in a sales or business development.
Strong computer skill and familiar with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Power Point and Word).
Skill of persuasion, strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized.
Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside of the box’.
Ability to travel when necessary to remote sites for meeting with customers and build business relationships.
Proficient in English (written and oral) & able to speaks Chinese should be a point plus.
