Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Engage in interaction and communication activities with customers, especially in supporting sales and business work carried out by Institutional Sales
Perform as point of contact in routine activities to support sales, such as receiving questions / requests that are ad-hoc in nature, and also in searching / gathering information / data related to operational aspects, such as portfolios and transaction
Taking Accountability in events / events / programs assistance related to business-roadshows, sales-campaigns, client-gatherings and other marketing activities aimed at strengthening relationships with customers and promoting investment products / solutions
Assisting the preparation of materials related to business presentations and ensure the accuracy of existing data / info and also aspects of compliance (compliance)
Assisting documenting / recording / recording business interaction activities, as well as ensuring good administrative governance in facilitating future record-retrieval
Assisting the preparation of data, documents and correspondence needed in the process of bidding / request for proposals / due diligence
Assisting the on-boarding process of new customers, including the implementation of KYC (Know Your Customers) as needed
Assure the quality of routine reports for customers and their distribution in a timely manner
Support the development of data systems and business reporting in collaboration with other related team
Provide assistance in analysis and reporting of transaction activities carried out by customer
Assist analysis of customer investment performance and prepare reports to the team for follow-up
Assist in preparing the data needed for the implementation of the project team
Persyaratan
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduates
Posses a minimum of 3 years work experience in the financial industry
Good command in English both oral and written communication
Work-oriented in groups and organization
Have the ability to perform data processing and analysis through computer programs, at least excel. Capabilities in programs such as VBA, SQL, MATLAB and Python are plus points
Have as strong knowledge in the field of finance and capital market
Have a strong Ability in analyze detailed data, process and submit it in reports
Can apply accuracy in every work
