Lowongan Kerja IT BUSINESS SOLUTION SALES AND PRE-SALES RAS DIGITAL MEDIA, PT
Manage the relationship with designated in business unit and associated stakeholders to ensure that IT effort and output in both operations and change match investment by each business units. Maintain strong, positive relationships with business unit and associated stakeholders and take responsibility for developing requirements that deliver business unit needs.
Ensure that all business requirements are clearly defined at a level that will enable IT solution definition, and that requirements are agreed between the relevant business stakeholders and IT stakeholders.
Develop intimate knowledge of the business unit's business model, key drivers, strategy, personnel and internal relationships and influence IT team to deliver solutions that meet and exceed business unit's needs and expectations.
Lead business analyst team and services coordinator to deliver project/services on time, to specification and within budget. Work closely with business process owner and ICT Steering Committee to ensure satisfaction of project deliverables.
Understand Project cost structure, budgeting and estimating
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers; and Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses.
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Deliver chargeable Technical Services to new and existing customers for products
Responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers
Understand the needs of clients and industry trends in depth to spark innovative thinking and develop trusted advisor relationships with client executives
Strategic messages and roadmaps to new and existing clients
Play a key part in delivering ideation, technology strategy, planning, business case and prototyping engagements, and supporting business and technology
Providing Technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers in Information Technology solutions.
Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre sales process with direct and channel customers
Meeting with clients to determine solution/products requirements and build technical relationship with prospects and or existing customer
Create sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to cliens.
Work closely with entire project team to solidify understanding of the requirements and ensure their realization throughout the project life cycle.
