Sales Manager/Supervisor - Retail & E-commerce

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives, with a specific focus on retail and e-commerce channels throughout Indonesia.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the retail and e-commerce sectors to expand market share across Indonesia.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the retail and e-commerce space.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in these sectors.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for the retail and e-commerce channels.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotions specific to these channels.
Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry to promote Sinocare products effectively.
Attract and engage with diverse user groups and convert them into Sinocare users through targeted strategies.
Provide market feedback related to retail and e-commerce to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the retail and e-commerce space.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Persyaratan

Age maximum 35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role, particularly in retail and e-commerce.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
Familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage.
A results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and (Mandarin is a plus)
