• Identifying and analyzing trends and forecast and recommending improvements to the business processes

• Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data, analyzing the business’s operations, customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements

• Research analyst use mathematical, statistical and analytical models to find patterns that may reveal business opportunities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research by providing questionnaire, segmentation, result and decision

Posses Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
Have 3-5 solid experience as content writer
In-depth knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and online publishing
Having experience in using keyword tools (such as ahrefs, semrush, google keyword planner)
Flexible, self starter, and willing to learn
