Handle claim & complain all tire product group
Claim tire report by customers
Conduct scrap tire survey
Conduct count survey
Monthly claim inspection schedule
Fleet training (on demand)
Persyaratan
Minimum 4 years experience in tire industry
Diploma / Bachelor / Master Degree graduates in Engineering, Business and related field
In charge in Technical Service on Sales Engineer
Familiar with claim handling and latest tire industry regulation (import, SNI, etc.)
Team player and good work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication both Indonesian and English
Able to travel by car, airplance, boat (if necessary) inside and outside Jakarta area.
Good negotiation skill and provide strong & effective customer support
Good presentation skill
Able to work under pressure
