CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
Meet contractual conditions of performance.
Review the work progress on daily basis.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Around 8 years of experience as Construction Manager at EPC company, Oil & Gas project, Power Plant Project.
Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Piping, Tank, Steel Structure, Power Plant or Oil & Gas Plant.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is a mandatory.
Willing to work at our project site across Indonesia.
Have training certificates related to constructin management.
