Lowongan Kerja ENGINEERING S/A/MEP TRANS PROPERTI INDONESIA, PT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture) or equivalent.
Required Language (s) : English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Prefer supervisor/ Coordinator level experienced in property developer or contractor - HIGH RISE PROJECT)
Required skill(s) : Building information modelling, management construction, Autocad, sketch Up
Able to read & coordinate structure/ architect/ MEP Image
Coordinate the creation of a master schedule and breakdown of monthly and weekly activities
Coordinate the determination of material schedules and material approval from the owner
Coordinate the manufacture of shop drawings
Maximizing the possibility of utilizing value engineering (VE)
Coordinate the making of progress reports on project implementation periodically
Understand about standart procedures for structure/ architect/ MEP work
Understand about air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, fire fighting design and detail
Understand about Electrical, Electronic, Generator, etc
Understand about design structure and material spesification
Understand about architectural design techniques and methodologies
Target oriented, Good communication & interpersonal skill
Willing to be placed in Trans Property projects throughout Indonesia (URGENTLY NEEDS IN MAKASSAR)
