Advise technicians and operational service team for any problem regarding installation, product trouble etc
Create scheduled technical training program and do training to technician (national)
Troubleshooting of cases on field and make simulation on workshop
Help supporting sales product knowledge training
Project technical support
Handle training result evaluation, and also assist manager in coordinating with all divisions in regards to KPI arrangement
