Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rate
Designing and testing process upgrades and new process system
Ensuring process comply with safety and quality standards
Performing process simulations, optimization test, and troubleshooting issues
Performing risk assessments
Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process
Pro-actively resolve design problems with vendors and third parties.
Actively coordinate with related department to increase productivity.

Persyaratan

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechathronics or equivalent with minimum GPA 3,50
Minimum 3 years experiences as Process Engineer in manufacturing industry.
Having knowledge and understanding of material, process equipment and for manufacturing innovation
Having critical thinking and good in problem-solving skills
Competent in a variety of risk management processes
