Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As the Software Development Manager, you will own the innovation and building compelling functionality for our Applications. You will be responsible as project leader in designing, developing, testing, and deploying the software/apps. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing native apps, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

Persyaratan

Extensive hands on experience in building enterprise systems and native apps.
2 or more years of managing a development team.
Works well with others and is a team builder.
Provide technical leadership to the team including system and application level architectural oversight.
Maintain high standards for software quality by establishing good practices and build a strong engineering culture of excellence.
Work experienced in an agile environment.
Strong inclination towards improving solutions and processes.
Good communication skills (verbal/written)
