Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Strong individual contributor, capable in learning and mastering new technologies quickly
Actively monitor ticketing system and solve technical IT issues
Handling day to day task (PC, Cabling, Internet Connection, Connectivity, etc)
Escalate to distributor or principle if the problem can not be solved
Persyaratan
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Tecelcommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
Having min 1 year experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Understand basic IT Support Knowledge (troubleshoot, installation, LAN, etc)
Able to work under pressure
Able to work in team
Willing to be placed in Merak and Bakauheni
