SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supports, and retest application production systems to optimize functionality, performance, and provide timely follow-up on identified issues
Facilitates open and effective communication within and between the development team, the business users, and external customers
Organizing and controlling the Testing process (Manual / Automation and Performance Test)
Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software
Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
Participate in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware test environments
Manages all aspects of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), including systems analysis, design, development, deployment, maintenance, enhancements, and system documentation
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
Supports, and retest application production systems to optimize functionality, performance, and provide timely follow-up on identified issues.
Facilitates open and effective communication within and between the development team, the business users, and external customers.
Motivates, mentors, and leads the COE team to achieve high productivity, high quality
Manage external testers

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
Having Experience in testing process for minimum 1 Year
Having Knowledge in making Test Strategies, Test Plan, Test Data and Test Cases / Test Scripts.
Having Experience, Knowledge and Understanding on doing Automation Scripting for Automation Tools, like Selenium, HP UFT, etc.
Executing SIT and supporting UAT.
Having capabilities to communicates and coordinate with related teams to define the enhancement item and the testing scope.
Having capabilities to understand end to end business process and the logic for better testing.
Fast learner and able to work overtime.
Having capabilities in SQL / PL SQL Queries is advantage.
English is a must
