SYSTEM ENGINEER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

System Engineer with strong experience of Linux operating systems, specifically Red Hat
Based Linux .

Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

Min 3+ years installing, building, and configuring Linux based systems.
Min Bachelor Degree ( S1 ), GPA 3.00
Experience in Linux based email system is a must
Experience in Zimbra mail system will be an advantage
Experience in any antispam system will be an advantage
Experience in VMWare vSphere platform, RHEV platform will be an advantage
Work with within the IT team to keep current systems operational
* RHCE or any Linux Certification will be an advantage
Must be able to cover a wide spectrum from hands on configuration of RedHat/Centos, Debian/Ubuntu, OpenSUSE/SLES Linux systems and/or BSD based system:
Ability to setup and manage common network services
Strong scripting expertise including BASH, PHP, PERL
Troubleshooting Unix-based hardware/software issue
Installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of Unix
based operating systems, related utilities and hardware.
Develops procedures for routine administration
Monitors systems activities and fine tunes system parameters andconfiguration
Strong aptitude for problem solving
Possess strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills to
professionally communicate issues and suggestions to management and customers
Understanding of TCP/ IP networking, load balancers, firewalls and switches a plus
The ability to produce quality documentation
Fast learning, Independent, Good oral and written communication in English
