Deskripsi Pekerjaan

End user computing maintenance
Resolving users' issues and computer troubleshooting (installing, repairing, and adjusting desktops, printers, mobiles, scanners, and other
accessories)
Proactively monitor all systems and IT infrastructure for Indonesia & Singapore office, report to and assist global IT locally for IT infrastructure
and security in update and maintenance
Spread IT knowledge and skills about our IT tools (productivity and collaboration suite) and train local users to use them

Persyaratan

Education: Bachelor Degree IT/Computer Science or equivalent major
Language: English Upper-intermediate Level
Experience: 1-2 years as IT field of any kind industry
Willing to work in Cibitung
Excellent computer software/hardware support skills
Experience with domain environment
Experience with the Office365 stack
Basic knowledge of network and servers
The ability to work independently and do teamwork
Good sense of user service and training
