Familiarity with IT management frameworks and best practices like ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, e-TOM, PRINCE
Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies.
Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment.
Strong programming/ scripting skills (Javascript/ Perl/ Python is an advantage)
Demonstrable knowledge of understanding of Cloud, Container and other key IT management and automation technologies for example Runbook Automation, IoT, Enterprise Operating platforms including virtualisation technologies and proprietary platforms.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Cisco networking, and data center environments.
Knowledge of Computer Operating Systems (Linux, Windows) and administration.
Knowledge of Databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of Network Systems.
Knowledge of how Enterprise products are positioned and implemented.
