Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Work closely with managers and key-users to define systems requirements and business goals
Assist in the design, development, customization and post-implementation troubleshooting of new features
Implement system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing solutions.
Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
Control solution by establishing specifications and coordinating deliverables with system developers.
Validates results by testing system.
Train users and providing support.
Documentation.
