Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Perform company's IT system maintenance in accordance with industry standard, SOP, and instructions.
Analyze, data entry, import and process data.
Handle and reply to customer issues and complaints in a good way and in a timely manner.
Ensure and improve customer satisfaction and experience when dealing with customer issues and complaints.
Perform UAT on any system changes.
Write documentation and journals of work.
Perform periodic system monitoring to ensure all systems are operating normally.
Perform other administrative works when needed.

Persyaratan

A Bachelor's degree is required in Information System, Computer Science or other computer related from reputable university.
1+ years of computer related work.
Able to operate Microsoft Office software, understand basic Excel formulas.
Able to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English.
Must have a high moral responsibility and integrity.
Must be loyal, disciplined, proactive and able to work with little supervision.
Must have a positive and a can do attitude in both individual and team environments.
Ready to work outside of office hour if needed.
Knowledge in any one of PHP/Javascript/Java/Python is a plus.
Fresh graduate is welcome.
