Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Proactively act as a liaison with the user in identifying end to end business processes and provide provide insights as a result
Small analytic project delivery including initiation, planning, scope, budget and change request management, client management and customer satisfaction
Work with the IT team to launch new hardware and software
Critically evaluating and screening data, plus profiling to identify any issues
Extending knowledge of Business Intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations
Develop protocol on how to best filter and variance
Perform analysis, data modeling, data and visualization preparation from high level business concept in order to assist management decision making on the company direction
Evaluate and recommend the technical solution, including software tool and technology, design and develop architecture and application as the present the analysis result
Leading design and development of optimized visualization solutions using BI tools like Informatica, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, to meet the needs of end users for data analysis and decision-making.
Managing maintenance and enhancements of data models and visualization dashboards, to support evolving business needs, changes in data architectures and BI tool upgrades
Leading analytic projects. This includes blueprint, preparing the project roadmap, milestone planning and testing.
Managing external vendors, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to.

Persyaratan

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, business analysis/consulting or related fields, with min 4 years working experience on BI
Significant work experience with Agile Sprints, SQL, HTML and others
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization
Ability to effectively multi-task, and deliver quality results within fast-paced project deliverable deadlines
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Contract Base minimum 1 Years
