1. Plan the project

2. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management

3. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

4. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project

5. Staff the project

6. Implement the project

7. Execute the project according to the project plan

8. Develop forms and records to document project activities

9. Control the project

10. Evaluate the project

Persyaratan

· IT Project Manager Experienced in handling project minimum 2 year

· Having full project lifecycle experience and experience in both managing and negotiating skills

· Able to working under pressure to meet the project timeline

· Exellent knowledge of project administration and strong documentation, governance and control experience

· Good comunication skills and good team

· Good command of the english language, both writen and spoken

· Have an experience in project management training is a plus

· English is a must
