Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Acts as the first line of service for the customers, having the ability to serve them and to coordinate any commercial, technical or operational issues.
Monitoring all project to ensure it runs smoothly involves a series of steps and best practices.
Conducting investigations and making decisions regarding devices that are Offline on that day.
Preparing letters, documents, permits and payments for the freelance team.
Collaborating with Delivery Team and Support Team to resolve device issues.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Highly organized with good analytical problem-solving abilities.
Administration experience in Zendesk, Help Scout, Qontak or other similar software
Strong understanding of technologies
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willing to work shifting 24/7
