Serve as the first point of contact in the IT department, receive and log user issues, malfunctions, and requests, and provide answers, support, and troubleshooting promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRD, General Affair, Finance and Marketing, to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to maintain operational excellence.
Complete IT support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, ensuring they are on time and meet their objectives
Receives general instructions on what is to be done, limitations, quality and quantity expected, deadlines and priority of assignments from Manager. Uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments independently without specific instruction but receives additional specific instructions from Manager for new, difficult or special projects/assignments.
Troubleshoot system performance issues and provide optimization suggestions.
Proactively monitor system / server performance and security alerts.
The scope of support includes: a) Application software including ERP, MES, etc. b) employee computers, printers, networks, etc.
Responsible to categorize malfunctions and conduct trend analysis, propose improvements to IT services, and collaborate or lead the implementation of improvement plans.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
Escalate unresolved issues to second-tier IT professionals, system analysts, or external suppliers to ensure proper resolution.
