EXPORT IMPORT SUPERVISOR

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervise and control Customs Administration of import-export activities, subcontract and local incoming and outgoing delivery activities, including administrative and custom related activities, streamline with Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) procedures and regulation to have on time delivery to internal and external customers
Hands on all customs documentation (BC23, BC25, BC40, BC41, BC261, BC262, BC27, BC30, BC33)
Authorized to sign Incoming-Outcoming Customs Permit Documents (Ijin Kepabeanan) and all Customs correspondence (surat-surat kepabeanan) related to Customs Administration
Make necessary contact with Custom, forwarder, and internal customer and external customer

Persyaratan

Formal Educational Level: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics or Engineering
Working Experience: 3-5 years in Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) facility
Technical Competence: Export-Import knowledge, Bonded Zone procedures
Good interpersonal skills
Computers (Windows Application) skills
Good communication in English oral and written
Willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
