Operations Excellence Analyst Sourcing

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Driving analysis of business operations performance in order to identify gaps and potentials for improvement.
Assessing, developing and deploying solutions to improve business operation performance across supply chain, especially in sourcing related operations.
Driving expansion across supply chain by defining blueprint, leading the setup and launch as well as project and operation monitoring.
Own and drive specific workstream within Operations Excellence’s scope (e.g., Picking model optimization, costs reduction etc.,)
Gather and analyze information to support the workstream’s objectives
Work with relevant teams to develop and implement solution
Communicate progress and action plans to leadership and stakeholders

Persyaratan

Undergraduate degree or ~1 year of experience after completing undergraduate degree
Strong data analysis skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A structured problem solver that can solve business operation problems
Willing to travel to remote area
Willing to live temporarily close to sourcing area (Lawang, Cipanas, Lembang, etc)
An individual with strong entrepreneurial drive that can thrive amidst uncertainties
An individual with curiosity and passion for supply chain management
Graduate from top universities
Have experience in operations is a plus
