Kawai Gankyu was founded in 2008. Starting from an online shop in Friendster, it continues into other social media to the one used today. Kawai Gankyu saw the vision in the eyewear industry in Indonesia, where at that time, softlenses was not a common product in social media and brick-and-mortar shops.
